Belgrave House
This
is a Grade II* listed building that forms part of a larger complex of
important buildings in an historic landscape setting. Leicester City
Council had decided to dispose of the premises but needed an option
appraisal to decide how best to maximise its capital receipt whilst not
compromising its wider responsibilities for the built environment and
socio-economic agendas.
Peter White undertook this major study, which
revealed a clear way forward and was subsequently retained to write the
development brief to accompany marketing material.
