Langdales Building
LB Camden is actively
promoting interventions designed to support and encourage the growth of
a high quality jewellery sector in the Borough and neighbouring areas,
working with the London Development Agency.
Peter White was commissioned
to develop a concept and business plan for the re-use and fit out of
this building which had been acquired through the use of Sec. 106 money.
The brief called for a robust and sustainable financial model
underpinned with recommendations regarding the ongoing organisation and
management of the completed scheme.
